This page is designed to explain the booking process and what happens after you have booked online. We have made the booking process as easy as possible but if you feel that it could be improved then please email us and we will consider all suggestions. Below we have listed the stages of the booking process :
1. Click on the "Get Quote" button found on any page.
2. Enter the dates you require airport parking for.
3. Select the car park which best suits you from the list returned.
(you can click on the "More Information" link below the car park photo for details on the car park such as disabled facilities at the airport car park, whether it is on or off airport & transfer times to the airport terminal if applicable).
4. Follow simple instructions online (e.g. entering own details etc.)
That's It ! Easy.
Once at the end of the booking process you will be shown your pre paid airport parking voucher along with a valid car parking reference number (always quote this number when contacting us regarding any amendments etc.). You can print this off immediately, it will give you details on the airport car park directions, airport car park arrival and departure procedures, car park contact telephone numbers and any other relevant information. You can also print off directions in the form of a map.
All of these details are also sent out to you via email straight away at the time of booking. You will also receive your pre paid airport parking voucher via regular post a couple of working days later.
So as you can see we always ensure that you receive your airport parking voucher because it's available to you in three different ways. We did this because after a lot of feedback from our clients it was clear that probably one of the most important issues was that cleints did not want to be having to call up to ask where their airport parking voucher was a day or two before they were due to leave.
